A few days ago we went to the US Open. While it proved a little difficult going with a cranky and teething toddler, overall we had a good time, and were even able to watch a whole match (Monfils vs. Almagro)! And of course, we had to have the Grey Goose Honey Deuce; definitely one of my favorite sweet drinks, and one that I’ve enjoyed making this weekend as well.

The grounds for the most part are pretty stroller friendly, and the stadiums (at least Ashe & “new” Grandstand) had elevators. And even though we didn’t really take our little one out of the stroller, it does help if you have a more lightweight umbrella stroller. At the new grandstand we were able to stand in the wheelchair and stroller designated areas, and in the shade no less!  Now if only I can find the time to watch the rest of the Open!
