Well, it’s been a YEAR

I was going to make a post about how this last year has sucked because of COVID, but let’s be honest. It sucked for everyone, more so for others. No reason to rehash working remotely full time (if you were lucky enough), while homeschooling and babysitting full-time, etc. It’s been hard on everyone, and to be honest, we’ve been luckier than most.

The past 6 months have been extra hard because we had to deal with a fire in our home and its aftermath, but now we’re back and super grateful to be sleeping in our own beds. I hope to have a post soon about spring/summer decor once the rest of our furniture comes in and the house is completely set up!

I haven’t decided yet whether I will have a post about dealing with the fire, but I can’t stress enough how grateful we are for all the people and companies that helped us through these difficult few months. We always make sure not to take anything for granted, but going through something like this, especially with 2 Littles and a dog, during winter and a pandemic, really makes you extra thankful for the lives you have and the people in your life.
